Hi everyone,
Here is our Holiday schedule for jiujitsu. We are going to cancel Tiny Eagles for tomorrow but eagles are still on for Saturday as I am out of town. Here is the schedule

Friday- Normal classes

Saturday- Eagles only no tiny eagles
Adults- normal classes

Monday- 10am adult open training only all other classes are canceled

Ashi Waza(foot sweeps) are some of the hardest to master because of the timing but some of the most rewarding throws when you catch them.
